Terms & Conditions – Online Morocco Tours

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your desert tour with Morocco Yeohaeng, we request a small deposit payable via PayPal. The remaining balance is paid in cash (USD, EUR, or Moroccan Dirhams) directly to your driver at the start of the tour.

This method allows us to avoid third-party processing fees and helps us keep our tour prices competitive. Clear instructions will be shared with you after booking confirmation.

 

2. Booking Confirmation

Once we receive your deposit, you’ll get a confirmation email containing your tour itinerary, important trip information, and emergency contact details. Please review this information carefully and let us know if any changes are needed.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 30 days before your tour: Full deposit refund

  • 15 to 29 days before the tour: 50% deposit refund

  • Less than 14 days before the tour or no-shows: No refund

Please note: Once your tour has begun, no refunds can be issued. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

4. Changes & Modifications

You may request changes to your travel dates or itinerary up to 7 days before the tour. All changes are subject to availability, but we will always try our best to accommodate your request without extra fees.

If we ever need to cancel your trip due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule.

 

5. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required vaccinations.

  • Some tours may involve walking, camel riding, and visiting remote areas.

  • We are not liable for delays due to airlines, road closures, strikes, or political situations.

 

6. What’s Included / Not Included

           Included in your tour:

  • Private, air-conditioned and tourism ministry licensed vehicles

  • English-speaking local driver/guide

  • Accommodations as per your itinerary

  • Camel trek & overnight desert camp if you visit Merzouga ( Erg Chebbi) or Zagora (Erg Chigaga)

  • Most breakfasts and some dinners

            Not included:

  • Flights to and from Morocco

  • Travel insurance

  • Personal expenses (meals not listed, tips, souvenirs)

  • Entry fees to attractions (unless otherwise specified)
